Our fees for computer services are shown on our Contact page Contact page Please explain your "Diagnostic" fee ? At your home or place of business - The computer diagnostic fee is a standing charge to examine your computer system setup and test the hardware components for faults, if necessary. Done thoroughly, that diagnostic process normally takes 30 mins including a discussion about what can be done to rectify the computer issues you are having and talk about solutions. The diagnostic fee does not include any repair works. The diagnostic fee is waived should Riches Informatique be asked to proceed with rectifying the problem or related issues. At our workshop - The diagnostic and consultation as outlined above is free.
